Power Pop  28 calories, 4 carbs and less than 2 grams of sugar. I have been eating them for the past 2 months and have been able to maintain my goal weight. They are natural with Hoodia and some other supplements but are in the form of a lollipop which takes about 20+ minutes to eat. By the time you are done eating it you are no longer hungry and therefore just had something sweet for only 28 calories (1 weight watcher point) and not feel guilty. I keep them in my car and purse and when I get hungry and don't want to eat fast food I eat one of these pops to hold me over for my healthy meal.
